Ati Khatri focuses his practice on corporate finance, lending, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, and general counsel matters, working very closely with founders/searchers and investors alike. Ati is involved in the entire life cycle of a company, from inception to exit, and he prides himself on being the first phone call that his clients make for nearly all general corporate matters. As a lending expert, Ati has facilitated commercial loan transactions ranging from $1M to $350M+, and brings a depth of experience to lender-side and borrower-side loan documentation for financial institutions and middle market businesses. Within the search fund space, Ati helped found the search fund practice at HMB Legal Counsel (now Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton) nearly 15 years ago and remains actively involved with Kilpatrick’s search fund clients.
