Barry Dubin
Barry Dubin has been exclusively focused on investing in and operating multi-unit consumer businesses since 2011. He currently serves as executive chairman of the board of US Laundry and sits on the boards of Fresh Dining Concepts and KBP Brands.
Over the past decade, Dubin has raised more than $1.5 billion in debt and equity for consumer investments, completed more than 100 add-on acquisitions creating over $500 million in equity value, and acquired and sold more than $500 million in commercial real estate across more than 300 sites.
Earlier in his career, Dubin worked as a consultant at Arthur Andersen advising companies in distress, in private credit at Merrill Lynch Capital, and as chief operating officer of a building products manufacturer.
He holds a BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Dubin resides near Aspen, Colorado, with his wife, three children, and bernedoodle. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, skiing, ski touring, hiking, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
