Bill Allen is a partner with Brisbane Consulting Group, providing financial due diligence business valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation support services. He started his career in public accounting and throughout his career has been exposed to a variety of industries including managed information technology services, construction contractors, manufacturing, professional services and oil and gas service providers.
In his current role, Bill focuses his time on financial due diligence and litigation support. Clients of his financial due diligence practice include search funds, private-equity groups, independent sponsors, and corporate partners. His litigation support practice focuses on engagements with respect to martial dissolution, dissenting shareholder actions, economic damages and corporate litigation. Bill has significant experience testifying and has been designated as an expert witness in several jurisdictions of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
