Charbel Zreik
Charbel Zreik is a strategic and empathetic leader with a record of success across entrepreneurial and investment ventures. A self-made entrepreneur who fled the Lebanese civil war as a child, he worked his way through two Ivy League degrees and continues to focus on growth, purpose, and service in both his personal and professional life.
Zreik currently manages Manifestations Capital, an early-stage impact fund focused on the mind-body-spirit sector, and oversees more than fifty direct investments in search funds, mentoring entrepreneurs and serving on several boards. He has acquired and scaled two companies through the traditional search fund model, leading one to a 4.5x net MOIC and 44 percent IRR for investors, and another to $37 million in revenue and $8 million in EBITDA before selling to a private equity firm.
Earlier in his career, Zreik held leadership and investment roles at Light Beam Capital, McKinsey & Company, JPMorgan, Osage Venture Partners, and The Rohatyn Group. He earned a BS in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
