Charles Miller is president and owner of Cooper Demolition in Colorado Springs. After a career in operations and technology at McMaster-Carr and Snapchat, he self-funded the acquisition of a nine-year-old demolition company and relocated from Chicago to Colorado.
Within two years, Miller navigated seller fraud, a rebrand, layoffs, personnel conflicts, and a 95 percent drop in revenue before growing the company to more than twice its acquisition size. Today, Cooper Demolition serves federal contractors and large corporations nationwide.
Miller is passionate about sharing the challenges of small business ownership and encouraging others in their entrepreneurial journeys.
