Chris Cynkar has been a franchise industry leader for more than 15 years, serving as a franchise owner and area developer across five systems and as a franchise consultant with FranChoice for nine years. Through these roles, he has worked with hundreds of franchise brands across dozens of industries, helping owners and brand leaders implement best practices for growth and success.
Cynkar began his career with Arthur Andersen before moving into finance leadership roles in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Since 1999, he has owned and operated multiple businesses, both franchise and independent. He is a CPA and holds a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and an MSIA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Jacquelyn, their three children, and their labradoodle, Maddie.
