Dan Cameron joined Boulay as a partner in 2024 with nearly 20 years of professional accounting experience. As a leader on Boulay’s private equity and search fund tax team, he provides tax consulting, planning, and compliance services to corporations. Boulay advises on complex M&A and transactional issues, including entity formation, sales, mergers, and reorganizations. He also provides expertise on ASC 740, helping corporations account for income taxes under U.S. GAAP.
Cameron serves clients across industries, with significant experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, and technology. He guides private equity and search fund clients through each stage of the business life cycle, focusing on tax-efficient strategies and long-term advisory relationships. Before joining Boulay, he held tax and transaction advisory roles at several Chicago-based public accounting firms.
