Daniel Lazier is the cofounder of Skyline Crest Partners, a partnered traditional search fund affiliated with TD Investment, one of the longest-standing investors in the search fund space. At Skyline, he and his partner seek to acquire and grow one enduring business.

At TD Investment, Lazier supports entrepreneurs through all stages of the search process, from thesis development to operations, and co-leads a data project tracking outcomes across hundreds of search funds. He previously held roles at two technology startups, contributing in engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and corporate development, and was part of successful exits, one to Amazon and another via IPO. Lazier holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he served as co-president of the ETA Club.
