With seven years of experience in finance and strategic advisory, he partners with clients to develop lasting finance functions, increase shareholder value, and deliver top-tier strategic guidance. Gannon’s expertise spans FP&A, M&A, investor reporting, financial operations, and market research, and he advises clients across SaaS, infrastructure, and manufacturing—especially VC/PE-backed and founder-led companies. Prior to joining Boulay, Gannon launched his own consulting firm, which instilled a strong sense of ownership and sharpened his ability to perform under pressure.
