Henry Davis, Kellogg ’23, is the cofounder and managing partner of Ventura Search Capital. He also serves as an Investment Committee Advisor for Promotora Dac, a prominent family office in Mexico, overseeing their deployment strategy across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to this, Henry spent five years at Ventura Capital Privado, a leading Mexican private equity firm, where he led multiple leveraged acquisitions of founder-owned businesses. He also held key operational roles in portfolio companies across the entertainment and telecom sectors. Earlier in his career, Henry held various operational positions at Estudia Mas, an education finance group in Mexico. He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from Kellogg.
