José Di Geronimo is the chief executive officer of Amalga Composites, a Wisconsin-based advanced composites manufacturer serving the defense, aerospace, and industrial markets. He partnered with Search Fund Accelerator to acquire Amalga in 2023 and has since led the company into a new phase of disciplined growth, operational excellence, and quality.

Previously, Di Geronimo worked at Boeing in engineering roles across commercial and defense programs, followed by supply chain consulting at Accenture. Originally from Venezuela, he holds a BS and MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
