Julia Hensel is the Chief Executive Officer of Lexigate, a digital marketing firm focused on the legal industry, which she acquired in July 2024. In May 2025, Hensel also acquired RepSpert, a reputation management firm serving local service businesses.
Before entering the digital marketing space, Hensel worked in management consulting at the Boston Consulting Group. She and her husband live in Bridgeport on the southwest side of Chicago and enjoy travel, sushi, Peloton, and spending time with family and friends.
