Kevin Barton is the senior vice president and director of search fund lending at BankProv. Kevin has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience with a specialty working with search funds, private equity, and individual family office investors on cash flow M&A transactions. Before joining BankProv, Kevin spent seven years at regional banks financing lower middle market businesses under $100M in revenues, seven years at Bank of America in their global corporate banking group financing mid and large cap technology companies and four years at Citizen’s Bank. He earned an undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Babson College with a magna cum laude distinction.
