Leah Edwards is the founder of Asymmetric Search Partners, where she is conducting a solo search to acquire and operate a small business. She began her career at Dodge & Cox, working in a leadership rotation program and on the firm’s bond team before launching and leading its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives as the firm’s first ESG Analyst.

Leah holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder. She earned dual degrees in Environmental and Water Resource Economics and Political Science from the University of Arizona. She lives in San Francisco and is active in her community. She currently serves as Treasurer of the national League of Women Voters, overseeing a $20M+ budget and more than 750 state and local chapters.
