Mark Hoffman is a senior executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience leading and advising public, private, family-owned, and private equity–backed companies through growth and transition. Since 2001, he has served as chief executive officer of Larson Packaging Company, which designs and manufactures custom industrial packaging for high-tech, medical device, aerospace, and industrial firms.

In the ETA community, Hoffman is an active investor, advisory board member for NextGen Growth Partners and the Chicago Booth ETA program, and a frequent speaker at the Booth/Kellogg ETA Annual Conference. He began his career in consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he became a partner and led multimillion-dollar client engagements across industries from the firm’s Lima, Peru, office.
