Max Gaby
Max Gaby, Booth '16 is cofounder of Caliber Companies where he is active in all day-to-day activities of the company, responsible for strategic decision-making including capital allocation, acquisitions, and core operations. Max also currently serves as the president of Innovative Lab Services, a leading service company specializing in highly technical preventative maintenance and repair of analytical instruments for laboratory customers.
Prior to founding Caliber, Max served as an investor at BPEA where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across multiple sectors in the small cap market.
Max previously was an investor at Linden Capital and GTCR where he focused on buyouts and consolidation strategies in partnership with industry executives and worked closely with portfolio companies post-acquisition on value creation, governance, and business strategy. Max began his career as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Max received a BS cum laude in finance and international business from Georgetown University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
