Michael Kidd is director of the Transaction Advisory Service department at Mowery & Schoenfeld, where he partners with clients by providing thoughtful, pragmatic advice. His goal is to understand client perspectives and offer insights behind the numbers.
In more than a decade with the firm, Kidd’s portfolio has included audit, attest, and advisory services across industries. He specializes in supporting search funds and entrepreneurs throughout the fund lifecycle, managing due diligence engagements, and consulting on mergers and acquisitions.
Outside of work, Kidd enjoys cycling, swimming, woodworking, tinkering with cars, and spending time with his children.
