Michael Kidd is the director of the Transaction Advisory Service department at Mowery & Schoenfeld. He combines his analytical sensibility and curious nature to partner with clients. Mike strives to listen first and then present thoughtful, personal and pragmatic advice. His goal is to see problems from the client’s perspective and provide insights behind the numbers.
In over a decade with the Firm, Mike’s portfolio includes audit, attest, and advisory services to clients in various industries. He specializes in assisting search funds and their entrepreneurs through the fund lifecycle, managing due diligence engagements, and consulting on mergers and acquisitions.
He enjoys staying active, spending free time cycling and swimming. Mike’s creative side comes through in his interest in tinkering with automobiles, woodworking and playing with his kids.
