Nicolás Lulli is the managing partner of Colca Capital, the first search fund in Peru. Since launching the firm in 2019, he and his partners have built the largest record and information management platform in the Andean region, with headquarters in Lima and operations across Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador. Under his leadership, Colca has completed seven acquisitions and increased EBITDA tenfold.

Previously, Lulli was the first employee at Relay Investments, where he led due diligence on Latin American operating company investments. He began his career in derivatives structuring at Goldman Sachs in New York. Lulli holds an AB in politics and a certificate in finance from Princeton University and is a CFA charterholder.
