Ravi Mallik
Ravi Mallik has been a full-time investor in search funds and entrepreneurship through acquisition (EtA) since 2011. He is currently invested in twenty-two active searchers and typically invests in seven to twelve searchers and five to seven acquisitions each year. Investing solely his own capital, Mallik brings a personal commitment of time and passion to supporting entrepreneurs.
He previously founded and led Agora Group, Inc., the first robotics process automation (RPA) consulting and strategy firm. Under his leadership from 2000 to 2015, Agora earned top recognition in the RPA industry and received more than twenty unsolicited acquisition offers before being sold to a strategic public company at a premium valuation.
Mallik earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children and serves on the executive board of the Brotherhood-Sister Sol, a nonprofit supporting marginalized youth and the Harlem community in New York City.
