Rob Calice is the founder of Cimarron Investment Group, an Oklahoma City–based firm focused on acquiring and scaling durable, essential-service businesses across the state. After a targeted four-month search, Cimarron completed its first acquisition: Red Dirt Septic, the largest septic installation and services provider in Oklahoma. Rob now serves as president of Red Dirt while continuing to lead Cimarron’s efforts to source and develop future acquisitions.

Before founding Cimarron, Rob held leadership roles at GE, Danaher, and CFS Brands, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company. He holds a BS from Marquette University and an MBA from Chicago Booth. Rob lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and three children.
