Tatiana Gaspar Morgen is a director at Next Coast Legacy, where she partners with searchers from sourcing through diligence, closing, and value creation. Previously, she was a vice president at Goldman Sachs, where she spent six years building and scaling the private banking business. Most recently, she led the development of Goldman Sachs’ digital banking platform for high-net-worth clients as part of the Management and Strategy team.

Gaspar holds a BA from Brown University, is a CFA charterholder, and is a Fundação Estudar fellow. She serves on the boards of directors of the Women’s Search Network, Inspire Horizons, and HerScan (as an observer), and on the finance committee of the Austin Rowing Club. In her free time, she enjoys rowing on Lady Bird Lake and spending time with her two dogs, Cheddar and Brie.
