Thomas (Tom) Erickson joined Boulay in 2017 and was promoted to senior manager in 2025. With more than six years of public accounting experience, he specializes in financial due diligence for both buyers and sellers, including quality-of-earnings analysis, working capital disputes, and earnout disputes.

Erickson provides transaction services to search funds, private equity, family investment offices, corporate clients, and individuals. He is also actively engaged in recruiting, mentoring, and training junior staff.
