Search now takes place in more and more countries, and the model's mechanics change meaningfully across them. This session is designed to break participants into regional groups, each led by someone who has searched or invested in that market, covering capital availability, debt markets, seller expectations, deal norms, and legal and tax structure. Participants will leave with a realistic picture of what search looks like in the region they are considering, plus a short list of people and resources in that market.
