Jim Riley is a partner at KNORI Capital, a Chicago-based search fund that acquires and runs lower-middle-market chemical manufacturers. He previously led the investment team at Ten Oaks Group, a global private equity firm, and served as operating partner at one of its supply chain and distribution companies.
