Justin Adendorff is a managing director of Miramar Equity Partners. Justin joined Miramar in 2026 after working alongside the firm since 2019, when they partnered to build Mosaic, one of the largest HOA management platforms in the United States. Justin built Mosaic via a rollup strategy, but with a strong focus on operational and strategy improvements. Prior to joining Miramar, Justin served as the president of one of the largest privately held rendering and grease recycling companies in the United States, where he led the company’s turnaround, growth, and ultimate sale to a strategic acquirer. Earlier in his career, Justin worked at Bain & Company, advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients on growth strategy, operational improvement, and transaction-related initiatives. He also held investment banking, private equity, and restructuring roles with Highland Capital Management. Justin graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University, earning a BSM in finance and accounting and an MS in finance while competing on the university’s golf team. He earned both the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant designations. Justin serves as the president of the board of Meadowbrook School and lives in Dallas with his wife and four children.
