Mike is the CEO and majority owner of Hardy Pro-Air Systems & Service (HPA), which he acquired in February 2026 through a self-funded ETA search. He began his career as an R&D chemist at Honeywell UOP, where he was named an inventor on five patents. While earning his MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Mike transitioned into product management and went on to work across chemical processing, industrial automation, and medical devices. Most recently, he led a product management group at Danaher Corporation responsible for over $100 million in global business. Today, Mike is focused on driving double-digit growth at HPA while building an enthusiastic, high-performing team. He resides in Northern Illinois with his wife of nearly 15 years and their four children.
