Jason Will is Vice President of Integration and Operational Excellence at Guidant Power, a Shore Capital Partners–backed industrials platform providing electrical safety, reliability, and training services. He leads integration for all add-on acquisitions and execution of the platform’s value creation plan, driving operational excellence and building the processes that turn a group of acquired businesses into one scalable organization.

Jason began his career in investment advisory and earned his MBA from Chicago Booth (’23). During business school, he interned with an active searcher and in portfolio operations roles, before joining the Shore Capital CXO Program. After a year at Shore, he aligned with Guidant Power at its founding, helped execute the platform’s 100-day plan, and joined the business full-time as chief of staff.

He spent his first 18 months building Guidant’s M&A function, closing four add-on acquisitions, and then moved into his current role to accelerate integration. Jason finds the most meaning in building close relationships with the people who run the business day to day, and working with them to achieve ambitious goals that create value and improve the lives of the teams the business depends on.
