Brad Morehead leads Business Services investing at Shore Capital, a lower-middle-market private equity firm that backs companies with $1–10 million of EBITDA. Before Shore, he spent much of his career as an operator, running two companies as CEO and one as CFO. He sits on the boards of Point C and Assembly Health and was named to Crain’s Chicago Business Notable Leaders in Finance in 2025.
