Danielle Matarasso is a fractional go-to-market and operations leader for founder-led services and software companies. She works inside the business alongside the CEO and leadership team. Her focus is how the company sells, prices, and keeps its customers: pricing and packaging, sales and customer success playbooks, retention and expansion, and the operating rhythm that holds it together. AI runs through all of it, built into the tools the team already uses.

She started her career in audit at EY and M&A at KPMG. She then spent nearly five years at Hireology, a Chicago software company. As vice president, she owned the P&L and ran sales, market strategy, customer and product marketing, and partnerships. She also writes the newsletter AI After Carpool.
