Jay Subramaniam is the CEO of a Maryland-based ABA behavioral therapy practice, which he acquired through his holding company, Sea Link Ventures, as a self-funded searcher. He also cofounded Meranti RCM with fellow Booth classmate Dave Newberry. Meranti is a healthcare billing company focused on revenue cycle management for behavioral therapy practices. Previously, Jay was CFO of Piramal Water, a franchise-based water technology company providing clean drinking water in rural and urban India. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jay earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Class of 2015).
