Speaker Bio
Will Holbrow is a second-year MBA candidate and Zell Fellow at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, where he serves as vice president of the Kellogg ETA Club.
This past summer, Will served in a chief of staff role at Windmill Wellness Ranch, a search-acquired behavioral health facility in Texas, where he focused on clinical operations. This fall, he is working with Stratafire, an investor-backed platform in wildfire risk and home hardening, where he is helping to lead its go-to-market operations and sales process.
Before Kellogg, Will spent four years at ZS Associates advising medical device and pharmaceutical companies on commercial strategy, including sales force optimization, pricing, and market positioning. A lifelong entrepreneur, he has run a tutoring business, an Amazon golf accessories brand, and an apparel line, and he founded Palisades Forever, which raised more than $130,000 to rebuild community landmarks after the 2025 Los Angeles fires. He earned a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Outside of work, Will enjoys the endless pursuit of being mediocre at golf, along with traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He grew up in Los Angeles and is, naturally, a huge Boston sports fan.
Will is excited to raise a traditional search fund to acquire and lead a great services business, with the goal of building an exceptional company alongside its team and growing into the kind of leader he aspires to be.
